Dismissing this or that as “BS” doesn’t make it BS.
Unless, of course, oh8eleven cleaves to that school of thought that asserts that to give something a name is to control it. It’s a pre-modern school, one with adherents to witchcraft, voodoism, paganism and the like. Predates ancient times, even the written word.
It has no place in these United States, in the modern age. Or at least it deserves naught but dismissal itself. Americans who yearn for it imply that the country was never great. Less comfortingly, they give the lie to any claim that the nation deserves to survive.
