People on the no fly list are not safe.
They should not be walking around freely.

Banning the no fly list people from buying or owning guns transfers the decision about any individual to a federal agency. Anyone on earth can be placed on a no fly/no gun list for any or no reason by a federal agency or by a single individual in a federal agency. Promulgating this is effective repeal of the 2nd Amendment.

I don’t think Obama sympathizes with Muslim terrorists so much as he sympathizes with Muslims in general. Why don’t they poll that question.

American voters are stupid - probably a bunch of Cruz folks in that crowd who remember and love his chastising Trump for “unhelpful rhetoric” when he stated that Islam hates us.....

Every single one of them? Even the ones that were put on the list accidentally? Including toddlers?
This is a due process issue!
Think before you post.

I dont think Obama sympathizes with Muslim terrorists so much as he sympathizes with Muslims in general. Why dont they poll that question. This is the perfect example of "it's all in the polling question."
- "Question 52: As you may know, individuals on the U.S. government's terrorist watch list are not allowed to fly on planes. Would you support or oppose banning those on the U.S. government's terrorist watch list from purchasing guns?"
Nowhere in this question does it mention there is no due-process oversight of such a list, nor is there a judicial remedy to getting off the list if you are put on there erroneously. Further, it doesn't indicate that 'terrorism' has a very flexible definition: Today's Constitutionalists can become tomorrow's 'terrorists'.
- "Question 45. Do you support or oppose requiring background checks for all gun buyers?"
This question does not explain the current lay-of-the-land, so the person being polled would naturally assume that all gun buyers ARE Background-checked. And they are, for stores/gun shops/pawnshops. But they are not for private sales. A good polling question would mention that, otherwise most people being polled would simply affirm the law as they "know it to be" -- regardless of political affiliation.
- And finally, there is your point, Ge0ffrey: The question is worded to ask if Obama supports Muslim terrorists, not all Muslims. The answer would undoubtably be different if the question was asked with a greater hew to reality.

Most muslims support muslim terrorists, be it implicitly or explicitly. Barky, being a muslim, is no different.
