I expect the FBI will present multiple referrals as multiple laws have been broken.

Lynch may pick and choose what she will prosecute, going with the least egregious ones. She’ll run interference.

Then she’ll give Shrillary the Petraeus slap on the wrist.

Shrillary will not be offered a plea bargain - no one above her can be open to implicated.

Will this be enough to satisfy the FBI?

Will prosecution of anything, even minor, ruin Shrill’s political aspirations?

Has Lynch’s integrity been damaged beyond repair by the meeting?

Those are open questions.

Nothing short of conviction and a prison term will affect her standing with her supporters.
