The question is “Why did she create a private email system to use in her official capacity of Secretary of State instead of using the email system provided to the State Department?”.
It is the computer equivalent of creating a separate accounting system for hiding accounting transactions from the government.
To hide information from the people; the Dixie Mafia has no worries from the government. They likely vetted them in the first place.
