No, killing military or police exclusively is not terrorism. Terrorism is designed to cower the populace into pressuring politicians to affect change favorable in some manner to thecterrorists. This was just purely an act of police hating people who decided to be judge, jury, and executioner to make random innocentbofficers pay for the perceived misdeeds of othervpolice.

It’s Obummies collusion with Black Lives Matter to declare martial law.
This was an act of terror but not one of terrorism based on the information currently available. Maybe one of them wrote some sort of manifesto and they had clear goals but it doesn’t seem to be the case so far.
Whether this is BLM or Islamic, it is terrorism.
Is it domestic or international terrorism?
That’s the only question.
