Trump battles globalist Republicans -- like Ted Cruz
WND ^ | Jul 11, 2016 | Phyllis Schlafly

Before heading to Cleveland to accept the Republican nomination for president, Donald Trump paid a high-profile visit to Capitol Hill, where he hoped to unify congressional Republicans behind his presidential campaign.

Trump’s next stop was a private meeting with Sen. Ted Cruz, who inappropriately brought his campaign manager, Jeff Roe, to the meeting. Two months after suspending his campaign, why does Cruz still utilize a high-priced campaign manager to join high-level discussions with the presumptive nominee?

The answer is that Cruz never stopped running for president [].

Cruz’s delays in endorsing Trump and his disloyal preparations to run for president in 2020 help only one person: Hillary Clinton, which is what some Republican mega-donors actually prefer, because they are globalists who oppose Trump’s stances against immigration and free trade.

The globalists will never accept Trump or anyone else who puts Americans first, and they are using Cruz to undermine Trump’s campaign.

Because it is traditional to give the second person/runner up in the primaries, no matter how far behind, a speaking position at the Convention, which YOU should know, after SCREAMING about how politically active and “knowledgeable” ( SIC) you are, over and over and over again, here.

Yes, and if Don Trump is anything, he’s “traditional” right? Hahahaha!

Yeah it is. I’m not connected with his campaign in any way, I have no idea why he makes the decisions he makes. Like I say, ask him.

It doesn’t change the fact that Cruz is a globalist. Nice attempt at diversion.

he shan't EVER be a VEEP nor president of these United States of America; he is NOT eligible to even run for that position!

Stop hoping for the IMPOSSIBLE; especially when you know that you'll be savaged and laughed at here!

What “sex scandal” are you talking about? I know you’re not stupid enough to believe Dick Pecker at the National Enquirer.

More power to you, and I support you even though you were off the reservation about Cruz.

But Cruz needs to (strongly) come out in support of Trump.

Not just support. STRONG support.

Just my humble opinion, of course. But good articles you post all the time. It is very much appreciated.

Cruz needs to strongly, unquestionably, support Trump 100%. Soon. Today would be a very good day, in fact.

Donald Trump Sr. is a VERY "traditional" and old fashioned man. You don't understand nor even know much about Trump, but you keep pimping Cruz and denigrating Trump.

And you just proved, yet again, that your political knowledge is far below par.

I never claimed that he is a "traditional pol"; go take some remedial reading classes and a class in logic!

Trump is an old fashioned man, a patriot, and thankfully NOT a "traditional pol" !

I’m a Texan, a Cruz supporter and a voter. I hope he can work with Trump
And be a help. He is a Christian and that is a big plus in my vote. Name calling never hurt anyone but the one it comes from. It is what comes out of the mouth that shows what the heart is like.
I’m voting for Trump, he is the best we have to vote for. I hope he wins.

Dittos to that! Cruz is a globalist fraud. He and his NWO/Goldman Sachs/NAU agenda pushing freaky ‘wife’ can get lost. For good. Sad to see some are still fooled by this phony fake Ted Cruz.

Cruz is not a globalist. He’s a Texan.

Where’s the Ha Ha guy when we need him?

THAT is hilarious.

I supported cRuz in his initial Senate run (donated time and $$), as well as his Prez run, very early on.

He IS a globalist.

He is NOT a Texan. He’s a cRuznadian, through and through.

Cruz forgot he was Canadian and claims to be a natural born citizen in three countries—kind
of defeats the meaning of “natural born citizen,” doesn’t it?

****************

Yep Cruz’s mom was good at dropping her spawn in foriegn countries. One in England
the other in Canada.

That said I believe that Cruz will endorse Trump at the convention once Trump has
officially received the 1237 delegates needed to win.

I assume that Cruz’s name will be place in nomination since he has won enough states
for that to be done. That’s assuming eight states are the number used this convention.
If his name is placed in nomination then he should have a speaking slot. All that
said once Trump reaches the 1237 delegate number needed then Cruz should announce
his support the Trump nomination.

JMO.
