My brother’s a deputy sheriff and works in that very jail. I just called him and fortunately, he wasn’t working that shift.

Modesto? Low rise town. Short fall.
I think the jail is 3 or 4 stories, actually drove by it this morning. True, one of our taller buildings.

A lot of convicts are crazy and need their meds to keep from getting dangerous.

Then put them in a secure facility, called a ‘nut house’. I worked in three for many years. No real problems.
