Reagan did NOT endorse Ford or it was not a direct endorsement. Ford got a delegate to flip and Reagan was justifiably angry.

I was a Cruz guy at the start. He echoed all the conservative principles. Serious doubts surfaced when he joined Glenn Beck at the border,handing out teddy bears and soccer balls to foreign lawbreakers at the border. As soon as Trump appeared, I saw Cruz as a faker; Donald Trump was the only person to take border security seriously, and the only one in the fight to win.
He probably didn’t apologize and fired the first insult. It’s too bad Ted couldn’t make peace, Now he just looks like a spoiled kid going home with his marbles.
Cruz has shown no evidence that he ever was an American citizen.
I am glad he, apparently, jumped the shark.
