In order that we might all raise the level of discourse and expand our language abilities, here is the daily post of "Word for the Day".
Megillah, Megilla
b.a lengthy and tediously complicated situation or matter.
2. Hebrew. a scroll, especially one containing the Book of Esther. Others are the Book of Ecclesiastes, the Song of Solomon, the Book of Ruth, and the Book of Lamentations.
Rules: Everyone must leave a post using the Word for the Day in a sentence.
The sentence must, in some way, relate to the news of the day.

But i did learn in that speech that freedom will cure athlete’s foot. So that was awesome or maybe just Megillah.
I’m sure that Crooked Hillary and her supporters will give DNC viewers the whole megillah of Republican racism, sexism, “homophobia”, “transphobia”, “islamophobia”, xenophobia, and every other “phobia” under the sun next week.

It was that bad?
Last night my daughter’s restaurant was approved by the county planning board, so we were busy celebrating. My neighbor came over to talk about it while I was in the pool, but I didn’t have time for it last night. Within the week, it goes to the village planning board, and they should approve as well. The county was going to be tougher, and they breezed through that one.
It started very strong. It was just too long.
Congrats.

But, we have made fun of bernie for supporting a woman he claimed was unfit for office so at least now we can make fun of him and say if he had "real" convictions he would have taken a stand like Cruz. lol
I also think that Trump allowing Cruz to go ahead and speak, knowing he wasn't going to support him, showed a great deal of strength - and leadership. He allowed someone with a different opinion to still reach out and I think he gambled on the speech going the opposite way that Cruz hoped.
