I just discovered a new diet ... the “Shep Diet”. I haven’t had breakfast yet & was getting a bit hungry until I saw this picture which totally turned my stomach & took my appetite away. I might not be able to eat all day.
Shep should be banished from the airwaves. He is insufferable to listen to with his droning, lecturing, “know-it-all” monologues. Sky News on my phone or laptop has been a decent source of info with the latest attacks in Europe.
