Saw one of these in Malaysia 5 years ago. No one was eating at it during peak lunch time. It was simply a gimmick and looked disgusting. I’m sure a few niche people find the experience entertaining, but I was confident the bulk of investment capital was put into the appearance of the food and the ambience and that not a lot of focus was put on making sure the food tasted awesome.

There is a strange character that posts on the opinion page of my local, liberal small town rag. he seems to have an obsession with feces, telling his conservative opponents that have feces for brains, etc. Wish I knew a shrink, would love to have them analyze this weirdo's writings. Suspect he is a homo with all the feces references and his intense hatred of religion. and conservatives.
