She is incapable of normal human social behavior. Every time she tries, she fails and comes off looking drunk or insane. She has no natural ability to show joy or excitement or connect with other humans. I am sure her handlers are constantly training her how to look less cold and mechanical. But every time she tries it, she looks crazy because she has no human empathy or social connection from which to interact.
Fell into her "Monica" impression. Hilarious.

She had weird mannerisms all night long...my girlfriend said she just looked at the audience with evil looking stares after each comment. She made me watch. Clinton’s speech so I could see the stares. Looked like someone on drugs to me.
She was aware and awake enough to try to make a joke out of it.
There is something unnatural about those movements, and her sudden eye moments. Creepy.

this is why I was so hoping she might select a much better VP candidate than the one she did
When I saw this, I thought she might be responding to the balloons and confetti coming down?
Personally, I don’t think either episode is remotely like a seizure. I think she was trying to be “endearing and likeable” as her handlers have said she needs to be. I watched both and the first one was right after being simultaneously bombarded with overlapping questions by two young female reporters (in close proximity).
Not seizures, trying to be funny....still a hagged out hateful beast, IMO.

Quite possibly yes. I think she still has looked seriously ill for some time.

It was her fake theatrics of being shocked to see balloons coming down. She can’t even make her surprised/happy look genuine.

She is heir to the Clinton Crime Syndicate.
She is no longer the protected child in the White House.
Bill and Hillary don’t care or love anything but themselves, not even each other. It is time to see how much love they have for her.
The worst part: no credentialed media person will ask her campaign about it or investigate. Most voters will never see these incredibly odd episodes.
