There is a law firm in the same New York City building, one floor away, named Khan & Yau, P.C.

What is interesting is that there does not appear to be any Khan associated with the firm

Henna Haque is also known as Henna Kahn. So Haque is either her married name, i.e. she changed her legal name after she started the firm when her last name was Khan and changed to Haque when she got married or visa versa - Khan was her married name when she started the firm and she reverted back to her maiden name after a divorce.

I’ve organized last night’s research into the Khan of Khan & Yau, which so far has revealed no association with Khizr or any other Khan, here are the results:

Haque was CEO of Ahmed & Yau, a company formed on Dec 09, 2008 and terminated on Dec 16, 2010[1].

Haque is CEO of Khan & Yau, a company formed on Nov 22, 2010 and which continues today.[2]

Cindy S. Yau and Talaiya Ahmed were founding partners of Ahmed & Yau.[3][4]

Ahmed & Yau became Khan & Yau[7]

Yau’s full name is Cindy Sin-Yee Yau[5]

Ahmed’s full name is Talaiya Ali Ahmed Safdar[6]

Talaiya Ali Ahmed Safdar is listed as a Muslim lawyer[8] She may be of Moroccan origin or descent[9]

In their address Khan & Yau lists “14th Floor”. Regus offers shared “virtual office” space on that floor[10]. It’s unknown whether Regus has the entire floor or whether Khan & Yau use the Regus space.

Prior to Ahmed & Yau they both were associated with Vira, Ahmed & Yau, LLP[11] which was founded Jun 06, 2008 and terminated Dec 18, 2008[12]. Anna E Vira
