While I am unfamiliar with the person quoted, her basic lack of knowledge and emphasis on clothing rather than say world matters is where we stand. No mention of the sacrifices men made to give us freedom. This can quality as a "who gives a damn" but we should. It could be eight years of this.

You're not being fair. The first three sentences are the interviewer's. He's feeding her what he wants her to say. And she being an actress responds in kind.

She wants to talk about her character. He sets up the Clinton analogy. If she were very political and anti-Clinton -- which she wouldn't be since she's a Hollywood actress -- she might object, but she isn't so she doesn't.
