Simple test, substitute “black people” for “white people” and then re-read.

One student responded and asked if White Christians was anti-black: “Maybe I’m missing something or misunderstanding your post, but how is that not a racist thing to say?” He was hounded with various replies from multiple students:
“This is intended to protect white people, not persons of color. Don’t see how this is racist at all.”
“White people are allowed to create safe whites-only spaces. It is not racism or discriminatory, it is self preservation [sic]. White privilege isn’t a thing.”
“We don’t want to have to tiptoe around fragile black feelings in a space where we just want to relax and be comfortable. I could live with black people, but I would be far more comfortable living with other whites.”
“Black people are always mad when they don’t feel included but at the end of the day you are damaging as the dickens and if a white person feels he needs to protect himself from that toxic environment HE CAN! Quick to try to jump on a proud white person but you won’t call your friends out when they’re being racist. I’m not responding to comments and I don’t wish to have a dialogue.”
“Black people have caused so much gosh darned trauma on these campuses … why in the world would I want to live with that? Bring that into my home? A place that is supposed to be safe for me?”
I imagine it would be an interesting contest to see who could arrive at Chris' apartment first - the SWAT team? The media? The campus security? POC pitchfork and torch army?
