Shows there is a neurological problem manifested by weakness in a specific extra-ocular muscle. This problem would cause double vision and account for the special lenses in her eyeglasses which observers have noticed.

Just having cataract surgery will put you in astigmatism glasses. And give you Dry Eye Syndrome or clog up the ducts in the eye lids which acts like Dry Eye.
Saw her getting off the box she has to stand on at the last HS event, she stumbled and had to be caught and helped down.
Or was it the weird glasses causing that?
Some of those seizure drugs have horrid side effects.
She’s turning into my mother-in-law. All that’s missing is the Alzheimer’s. Replace her with a different candidate if you must, but this woman must not have a shot at holding the nuclear trigger.
