Unless it can be shown that this catheter is the result of bladder cancer or some other serious disorder it won’t make a difference.
I am not so sure from an Alinksky-like ridicule kind of scenario. I don't know if this story is even true, I can't really see it, but it's amusing nonetheless.

The article claims she has Parkinson’s or early onset dementia, which if accurate, seems severe enough to disqualify her. Wondering though, if she’s wearing the catheter and Depends for convenience. I’ve heard about some people who do that while on a long road trip. Yuck.
Atonic bladder, neurogenic bladder, possible MS, Parkinson’s or CNS disease.
If the bladder cannot contract, she will have urinary retention-infections, kidney problems. If the urinary sphincter doesn’t work, she’ll leak.
Not for nothing...but bladder cancer for a woman her age is neither fatal nor uncommon.
I would never say any cancer is not serious. But my experience with a couple of relatives with bladder cancer is that it’s something you die with, not of. A little ablation here or there, and you are good to go.
