Bill Gates is the driving force behind Common Core Math.
Apparently his next venture is Common Core Geography.
We had an intern tell us that Alaska was south of California. When pressed, she said she saw it on her high school map. I looked it up and I guess in a way, she was right!
Ah, for the days when they taught geography...
