She is so completely and reliably dishonest, her sudden enthusiastic proclamations of how her health is fine, can ONLY mean she is in horrible shape. The old phrase "held together with chewing gum and spit" comes to mind.

I think he is going for the bulge on her shin that bulges in the shape of a cucumber(that you make pickles out of) with the added benefit that it is a pickle covered outfit.
Drudge does sly things like that.
But I think it could be a catheter bag given how we have seen her with tubing going down her leg.

And if people don’t like Dr. Drew, let Ben Carson chime in on the medical aspect. He is a neurosurgeon - definitely qualified to speak of these things.
But the next push should be for full release of medical records of all presidential candidates, so that qualified medical professionals can review and make sound assessments.
Trump goes first and gets a clean bill of health. Then start the Hillary’s hiding something bad again drumbeat.
