'Enforcing judgement' may take many forms in such a community; banishment, loss of freedom, forfeiture of assets (whatever they may be - maybe just a deposit).

The use of crypto-currency, as a means of exchange, doesn't prevent a society from enforcing some kind of community based judgement against a member(s).

No, but it does prevent you from being able to collect money from someone, which is what civil cases are almost always about.
