In the top video it appears she has something in her hand. Some kind of nebulizer maybe? She tries to use it and a staffer slaps her hand. She then tries to make it look like she is covering her mouth from coughing, but I bet she is breathing in from the nebulizer.

There are videos of hopped-up CB mobiles playing hob with nearby electronics. I saw one of a 10KW amp in a pickup truck that actually interfered with the camera when the operator keyed it up.
Hill better stay away from them trailer parks....
