Even in the south, dogs are considered Seoul Food.

North Korea's national dog -- yes, it has one, the puffy white Pung San breed -- lives in a pen next to it.

The last one?

That’s just mean. They are taunting the Nork little people with food!

...noting where the "gift animals" came from -- which is intended to remind visitors of how much North Korea's leaders are loved and respected by leaders abroad.

A million dollar 'donation' to the Clintons got time for North Korea to produce nuclear bombs AND have a "Shih" Tzus... .. Hillary and Bill must be so proud - giving them a bitch...

We spent a few months in Guangzhou, China when my husband was there on work assignment.

They sold dogs in the open air food market, dead and alive (cats too.) When we went to the zoo, there was a German Shepherd in the cage right beside the wolf. We figured he was in there for safe keeping :)

That’s weird, going to a “zoo” to look at food. Why don’t they just put some canned goods inside those cages? Less upkeep that way.
