My dog knows more about what I want from him than I do.
The problem is he is very sure of what he wants.
Sometimes they are not the same things.
It’s like a compromise, until I give him the quiet growl.
He does know who is in charge, sometimes I just need to remind him.

“And ain’t it natural and right for a cat and a cow to talk different from us?”

I see it warn’t no use wasting words — you can’t learn a nigger to argue. So I quit.
