See link immediately below. I've posted these Bureau of Justice Statistics and other federal crime data but these particular NCVS numbers need expanding; e.g., !5% of violent crime on blacks is by whites and 15% of violent crime on whites is by blacks. But what about the numbers? Fifteen percent of the number of white victims is a lot more that 15% of black victims. It would take a lot of blacks -- or at least some really hard working blacks -- to achieve those numbers.
Column 01 uses data from each year's NCVS Table 42 Crimes of violence to compute percentage that is black-on-white. Here's how: From the 2008 NCVS Table 42
Type of crime
and race of victimNumber of
single-offender
victimizationsPerceived race of offender
White only 2,788,600
Total White Black Other Not Available 100% 67.4 15.4 5.1 12 Black only 570,550
Total White Black Other Not Available 100% 15.9 64.7 7.3 12.2
15.4% of the 2,788,600 crimes of violence against whites were committed by blacks that's 429,444
15.9% of the 570,550 crimes of violence against blacks were committed by whites that's 90,717
Together that's 520,161 white-black violence.
429,444 divided by 520,161 is 82.56% of the time white-black interracial violence is black on white.
The Column 02 Rape/sexual assault percentages were developed similarly by limiting the computation to sexual violence between blacks and whites. The 0% some years for white on black indicates that there are statistical matters here such as too few cases to matter statistically. Keep in mind that these data are based upon an annual survey of 10s-of-thousands of crime victims not police or court records. See my comments about that in this FR thread Federal crime statistics are a rebuttal to the race-grievance industry lies.
Also if you go to the link see the new FBI National Incident-Based Reporting System (NIBRS) data. There are no interracial crimes data (just race and numbers of victims and separately race and numbers of offenders) but as I noted there: a large number of fewer white offenders than white victims of violence and a large number of more black offenders than black victims of violence -- I think that's telling.
The table shows that of the total number of acts of violence involving whites and blacks only -- what percentage of that total was black violence against whites? I find this hard to believe but I do not believe that I am mistaken. See above.

Everything you need to know about crime stats can be determined by which groups avoid the areas of other certain groups...
Thanks for your hard work, William.
I came across some crime data last year that might interest you.
The FBI determines the race of murder offenders only for “cleared cases.”
“Cleared cases” are any murder case that has resulted in at least one charge of murder against at least one named defendant.
Here’s what the FBI does not tell you...
60% of Black murders do not result in a prosecution.
40% of Hispanic murders are not prosecuted.
Just 20% of white murders are not prosecuted.
Bottom Line...
Any data that is derived from the raw number of Black murder offenders is completely distorted by the huge number of Black murders that go unsolved.
