The only reason would be for voter advantage at this point in time. It’s hard to see how that could play out though. The homo vote is a lock for her anyway. Agreed.
Also, the possibility of a backlash vote against her, with Huma's name and identity becoming more prominent.

But at this point in time, I don't see how "outing" herself has a lesbian would help her presidential campaign; in fact, it would most likely work to her disadvantage. The more interesting story is WHY HUMA'S MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD FAMILY DIDN'T PUBLICLY OBJECT AND 'BRING HUMA HOME'... SO TO SPEAK.
If there's no 'shock and awe' in the Arab world over this I'm guessing Huma's a spy.

I thought it was an attorney for the Clinton’s that owned the National Enquirer. I'll try to verify this, but I think that the former owner was a Clintonista, but it was sold and it's now owned by a friend of Donald Trump.

Nice to be rich, I can’t hardly get a stinking month of worthless 5 mg NORCO which is worthless with out the extra Tylenol they were FDA forced to take out for chronic pain. Patient discussion board has over 400 post from patients with horrible painful diseases who are now being treated like JUNKIES and not given the necessary pain meds to function. FEDS really screwed up this new law. But the FDA won’t do a thing about all the horrible GI side effects in OA/OP/RA drugs.
