Just my opinion but it looks like the work of a 9 year old.

That said, I have no idea which 9 year old FReeper made it. I imagine someone who writes “Boom!” a lot.

I choose to make them quickly to be funny and ridicule a candidate I do not like who fears criticism and ridicule.
I have made images that have gotten millions of views to support my candidates and ridicule their opponents.
