I keep hearing people say this, but since when is an NFL team, field, etc. a public entity? Isn’t or aren’t most teams privately held businesses?
Kaepernik is just following Obama’s lead. Remember when he refused to wear a flag lapel, or hold his hand over his heart during the pledge of allegiance? He only does those things now for political reasons, but he hates it. He hates our flag, our people, our traditions, and wants to tear them all down, and Kaepernik and BLM are the fruits of his lifelong endeavors.
Obama and the rest of the apologists are acting as if one can’t be criticized for protests (when Obama or liberals agree with the protest).
They are wrong, and should be told they are wrong, forcefully and often.
You don’t give up your Constitutional Rights when you go to work for someone, but they can impose limitations on your behavior as they see fit (such as not allowing CCW on their property). Your option is to quit unless it falls into an EEO issue. The problem here is that Kaepernick’s employer is not discouraging his bad behavior, and I suspect if they tried to do so the lawsuits would be going on for a decade in addition to the cost to buy out his contract.
THe best option is for the rest of us as “fans” to exercise our rights to ignore this idiot and boycott his employer. But we won’t...

Both were raised by Caucasian families after they were abandoned by their parents. Hmmmm...
My gut tells me he is doing this because there is no other QB in the league on waivers who can replace him. But the minute there is......

If it’s anti American, anti family, anti white, anti straight, it’s “constitutional”. November can’t get here soon enough.
And the stadiums are most assuredly public entities paid for by the locals.
I think there is even one team owned by the state or city.
I’m waiting to see Obama and his son, Colin, wearing their Che’ t-shirts together. /s
