In this video, an anonymous person claiming to be a doctor argues that she has "subcortical vascular dementia."

Of course, another doctor who did give his name made an equally persuasive diagnosis of Parkinson's Disease.

However, the "doctor" in the video linked above bases her theory on a careful examination of Hillary's leaked medical record, which she (the "doctor") argues is authentic. She seems to know what she's talking about.
