O does not want her to succeed him. Oh, he HAS to SAY that he does, and go through the motions - but he doesn’t want it. Why? Simple: if she becomes POTUS, he becomes a nobody at 12:01 P.M. on 1/20/2017. More importantly, he is no longer the go-to Democrat to get things done - she is (or Bill, or Chelsea if she’s been trained right). His income from a budding Obama Foundation would go right down the toilet.
