Way to figure this out is to note the shadows.
Make a new film from the same location and angle and note the shadow direction and length. Do this at times before, during, and after the ceremony.
You’ll have your answer.
The little girl photo-op was completely strange. I’d imagine they closed off the entire sidewalk there and didn’t have to surround her.
I’m refering more to when she was collapsing by the van. The agents obviously surrounded her to block the view of cameras.

She doesn’t look like Hillary enough to fool me, from a distance or walking perhaps, but not in any kind of public appearance could they pass for each other.
