If he had pleaded self defense, in that he was defending himself from Islamophobia and could have convinced a jury (of his peers), he probably would have been found not guilty, and she would have gotten 20 years (or maybe death) for Islamophobic intolerance. Gotta love that Sharia! </sarc>
