Three distinct possibilities, but each prove him to be a fraud.:
1. He took the name of a boy (BHO) born in America who either died or had moved abroad permanently.
2. He worked as an asset for the agency in Pakistan, thus they are ordered to comply by the globalist handlers.
3. He is the illegitimate son of a prominent American and to ‘protect the legacy,’ they feel an obligation to prove they aren’t RAcist.

I’m just explaining the aspects of the PDF scan that people find weird. I don’t know anything about e-verify.
