San Francisco's Colin Kaepernick says the fatal shooting of an unarmed black man in Tulsa is "the perfect example" of what he's protesting when he refuses to stand for the national anthem at 49ers' games.
Kaepernick said Tuesday that "everybody's eyes" will be on Tulsa as authorities investigate the fatal shooting of Terence Crutcher. He says criminal charges should be filed in the shooting death.

It looked like the other cops had things well in hand when she ran up and shot him ‘thinking’ he was high on PCP and was reaching into his car for a gun.
I don’t know, of course, without the audio and ground-level cameras, but my guess is: Bad shoot by underqualified, undertrained female cop granted rank for reasons of female diversity. The black guy ignored the silly dimunitive ofay b***h, and she shot him. Not good.
I hope the additional info shows otherwise, shows a reasonable (not ginned up) threat. But the helicopter view didn’t look good to me, and clearly not to those whose offense button is on a hair-trigger.

I’d like to see the videotapes and witness statements first before drawing conclusions. Most of the idiots get shot because they don’t obey the officer when they are checking things out. Often the perps are trying to get rid of evidence, hide evidence, pull a weapon out, or escape...of course people like Colin Kaepernick could care less.
