Do people around the world have a right to move to the United States? It's a bedrock belief of most conservatives that there is no such right. The U.S. sets its own immigration policy, admits whom it chooses, and foreign nationals in foreign countries have no right — a claim that could be pursued in court — to enter the United States.
Now, Hillary Clinton says there is such a right, at least if a tweet from her campaign headquarters can be taken for a policy pronouncement.
This is what happened. In his Monday speech on terrorism and immigration, Donald Trump said, "We want people to come into our country, but they have to come in legally, through a process… No one has a right to immigrate to this country. It is the job of a responsible government to admit only those who expect to succeed and flourish here and really be proud of what they've done and where they came from. They have to love our country."
In that quote was the fundamental principle: There is no right to immigrate to the United States.

Better idea: A twenty year moratorium on ALL immigration in the U.S. From everywhere.
And exactly what “right” is that and from whence does that “right” derive? Certainly not the Constitution which MANDATES federal PROTECTION AGAINST INVASION (Art. IV, Sec 4) which is what illegal immigration actually is.
As long as they register and vote democrat. The moment they don’t expect immediate deportations.
So if I show up on someone’s doorstep and say, “Wow, what a nice house!” and then come in, raid the fridge, make a sandwich, and head upstairs to select a bedroom (and maybe check out the teenage daughter’s room while I’m up there) it’s going to be perfectly fine with your average Hillary voter. Got it.
If those same people who want to immigrate here all wore “I vote Republican” T-shirts Hillary Clinton and the rest of leftist scum would be at the border with a big boot kicking them out themselves

Close the borders to everyone, until such time as:
- the REAL unemployment rate is at an acceptable level
- the debt has been eliminated, or well on the way
- the issue of illegal aliens currently in the country has been satisfactorily resolved
- the current crop of legal aliens has assimilated, including speaking English
- there is a thorough and fool-proof vetting system in place before anything is opened up again.
These are sound reasons to close the borders and involve no targeting of any group, even though it makes perfect sense.
Call democrats on this one. Agree to all immigration provided there is a ten year ban on voting in federal elections.
But nowhere near Chappaqua.

I knew they’d go there. They have to be on the opposite side of this, so knee jerk to the far left...and she ends up saying something so insane, so breathtaking, it shows how desperate and crazed she really is.
LEGAL immigrants who have been PROPERLY vetted and become citizens have been among our most patriotic citizens. Don’t throw the baby out with the bathwater.
That dirty idiot has no idea what a right is.
Fine. Immigrate. After being vetted. And we will not wholesale import you either. Get here on your own, and have a plan to provide for yourself when you get here. Easy.
Please define Proper Vetting, with specificity. I submit that there is no such thing that would currently be acceptable to the political class.
If she wins, we will just be further along the path to civil war. A win for her will validate corruption, reward lawlessness, virtually do away with constitutional government, and import an army of our enemies.
