Gaëtan Dugas was a homosexual flight attendant who was thought to be the major transmitter of AIDS in the early days of the epidemic.

Researchers called him Patient Zero.

We call Obama Zero and think he is a promiscuous homosexual.

It was quite clever a post, albeit esoteric.
