I’m pretty sure the LEO’s had a strong hunch who it was within 2 hours of the shooting.

That is a plausible theory but IMO, a more plausible theory is they (establishment powers) don’t want a backlash against Muslims for the constant repeated attacks on innocent non believers so the tell us any damned lie because they think we are stupid.
