There is no bunker, luxury or otherwise, that can generate electricity, self repair complex computer controls, treat sewage, conjure up water out of nothing and dispose of CO2.
Find and destroy the exits, find and destroy the air intakes and exhausts, and all that remains are some insanely expensive and extravagant tombs.
There is no such thing as "bunker fairies." Unless you are able to plan, design, dig and build the entire facility by yourself hundreds of individuals will know all that is needed to take over the facility.

Bunkers, by definition, are susceptible to uselessness due to the constant need for shelter, air, water, food, waste disposal and medical unexpecteds.
No... you don’t DESTROY the exits. You block them from the outside so they can’t escape, then block off all the air vents so they suffocate.
When the inhabitants of the bunker are all dead, you open her up, let it air out a tad, go down with some vapo rub under your nose, and loot the place.

The old Greenbriar was a redoubt for the U.S. government that was never used and finally busted by a reporter. Think of it - there’s a nuclear threat and you end up bunking with Nancy Pelosi for a couple of months. It’s enough to make a feller set up at Ground Zero and yell “bring it on!”
