Tomorrow Barack Obama will hand the Internet as we know it over to a world body.
It's more than just the fact that the next time you sign in, everything you see has to be approved by the aforementioned globalist world body.
The Internet has now become a part of our daily lives. We use it to communicate, work and play.
Everything being sold now has the internet built in. From dishwashers to cars to microwaves to the curtains in your homes.
This world body will seek to spy on us, cut us off from each other and only people like Soros will have free access.
I myself am going to begin to wean myself off this tool as it will be going away soon.
What are some alternatives for
- Communication
- Knowledge
- Safety
Is there such a thing as local Internet that can be created inside the United States?
What about learning how to use an old style telegraph machine?
We of like mind need to begin to prepare.. as Obama is sending Muslim's to attack us.
And we won't have the comfort of the Internet to know what is going on around the world.
Do you think the World Body is going to approve of Free Republic?
Me neither. And I wouldn't shut it any other way. :)
No sir. Hades is oblivion. There is no other eternal life. Matthew 8:18 is horribly mistranslated. “Arion” in Greek is NOT ETERNAL!!! it is Temporal. Hades means the same as Hebrew “Sheol”. That is GOD’S WORD!! It means “Pit” Or “grave” . There is absolutely no eternal life in hell. John 3:16. read it .
Matthew 8:18, "Now when Jesus saw great multitudes about him, he gave commandment to depart unto the other side."
It would be a lot easier to take you seriously if you actually knew what the Bible says.
Facebook already is censoring what it doesn’t like. As will be banned. News, information, all will be sanitized for your safety.
Encryption? Screw your encryption.
Look how Apple practically peed themselves to get China to pretty please let them in.
This ain’t gonna be pretty. 5 yr
from now we won’t even recognize the world wide Web.
Got to make our own.
Aps Aps will be banned.
All that is changing is management of the root domain.
The worst that can happen: you won't be able to enter "freerepublic.com", because it won't resolve.
Instead, you can do what we've done when there was a problem with the domain registration: 209.157.64.200.
If ICANN starts messing with what can and can't be registered in the root domains, you'll find alternative root domain servers pop up quickly.
Could you please elaborate on those for this old lady?
18: 8 . I go by memory and I am dyslexic. Just hang in there. Thanks for caring enough to find out God’s word. Real word— NOT KJV!!
We still have telephones, don’t we? Why don’t you post your phone number, before it’s too late ;-(
Nevertheless, I think it may come to that. Stand by!
HAM radio nets
Amen
Bttt
King James Bible is the Word of God. It was translated from the Textus Receptus and Masoretic Text, the Majority Text, the text that accounts for 95% of the accurate manuscripts out there. Not the horrible Siniaticus and Vaticanus manuscripts which are corrupt.
So what word are you having problems with, "aiōnios?" From the Greek it means, "perpetual, eternal, for ever, everlasting." What's so hard about that?
The way you're interpreting it you sound like a Jehovah's Witness or 7th Day Adventist, which would explain your disdain for the KJV.
No . It means “ Ages” doesn’t it? That is a terminal period of time. John 3:16-18 also states very clearly that the the only believers in Christ “Shall have eternal life”. There is absolutely no scriptural history supporting everlasting “eternal fire” That was all Dante’s inferno junk used by the professional Christians to scare people into coming to “Circe” and paying the “Temple Tax”.
Huh. And I've been spelling it 'slydexic' all this time.
I'm probably slydexic.
Relax. While I virulently oppose any handover at all, this is very low impact. To control the internet, you would need to have international control of all major routers. That’s not what this is. This is simple DNS ‘naming’ service mapping to numerical IP addresses. While it’s not great, it’s hardly the end of the internet.
Ha — great. Have a good weekend.
A) They cannot shut off numeric IP addresses, and
B) Alternative DNS servers will spring up. You'd simply configure your browser to use those.
I think you answered my question
freerepublic.com can be shut down
209.157.64.200 cannot
Soooo, if we know the IP addresses of the sites we use, we should be OK. (For now, anyway)
Correct?
