I have never even KNOWN anyone who had a pig to smoke. Aaahh-—the diversity of the U.S.A. :-)

The first one I saw was in college, laying in a bathtub. Quite a shock - my friends thought it was fun not to tell me about it first. Looked like a dead body.

But after a night in a luau pit, it sure tasted fine!

I’ll bet it did-—I did the luau tourist thing in Hawaii and do remember the pork.
