But it could become a legal basis for challenging election results

Glad you asked as I hadn’t seen it.

THIS is how Obama got a second term. There’s no doubt in my mind. This, coupled with the millions who would not go out and vote for Bomney.

He said this week would be smaller bombs and next week atomic bombs. Whether he delivers is another story.

Is this 1974?

You are the media. Spread it and stop waiting for some alphabet network.

Election results cannot be challenged by the Republican Party. The Republican Party is the only actor that has “standing” to challenge. The Republican Party eagerly signed a “consent” form in response to a Democrat lawsuit that it declined to defend against, that forever bars it from challenging voting irregularities. That happened before most of us realized that our snide comments about the “uniparty” were on the mark.

Vote chicanery is much easier to do now than it was ten years ago. A relatively miniscule amount of money for bribes is all it takes to suborn a couple of dozen server administrators. Soros could do it out of petty cash. The Clinton Foundation could solicit the money to do it without having to dip into cash on hand. The DNC probably keeps more cash than that in their desk drawers to pass out on the street.
