LOL first time experience. I got robbed. One guy had gun, flashed it, other didn't. They got my phone, credit card (already cancelled) bank card (already cancelled) and a few bux (40).
I was pretty impressed with my reaction. Zero fear, total calm. If I was packing the gun dude would be dead and I would have had total control of my weapon, total calm means no trembling. I guess I'm good under pressure LOL
Probably happy they din't shoot me anyways, but everything I lost I can get back just fine. Boneheads. Kinda wish I was rollin heavy. I'd have two bodies under my belt. hehehehe

Had you been armed, just a single defective round could have resulted in harm to you instead of to the robbers. I think you did fine.

Maybe this is why I'm cool under pressure: I lived in the hardcore drug culture for a long time as an addict. I recovered, but I retained some street smarts and faced death enough to not fear it any more. I've had more than one gun pointed at my forehead.

A while back I came to the same conclusion. “I wasn’t in fear of s***” is what it is all about. Not fearing death makes your life delicious. You enjoy it more. Screw it, I am having the delicious fried food. Screw it, I am going to try sky diving. etc.

Had you been armed, at what point would you have engaged? I presume from your story that they had the drop on you?
I carried only one pistol when I went into town today.
