I’m going to have to disagree with you on a technical.

I think Hillary probably has been able to buy herself some sex over the decades but nobody is dumb enough to have “an affair” with her. That implies a little love and affection which she is incapable of, in my opinion.

My sense of Hillary over the years is that she may be asexual, like Oprah. No evidence, just intuition.
