Gaddafi was an evil guy and certainly no friend of the US, but he had pretty much behaved himself for a while prior to his death, and, as dictators do, he had exerted a stabilizing influence over Libya.
I think Hillary set him up to be murdered because she was looking ahead to her presidential run, and wanted another "feather in her cap" to show she was accomplished in foreign affairs. All she did was throw Libya into anarchy and open it up for expansion by ISIS.

He especially cleaned up his act after the Iraq war started. If I recall, he gave up anything to do with nukes. It’s a criminal act what the US, through HRC, did to have him murdered. Now no other dictator will ever cooperate with the US. The impact of Hillary’s failed and deliberate action could come back to pain the US decades in the future.
