Actually, it’s quite brilliant.

All the NY based media will run the clip... because of the boos... while unknowingly drawing attention to the fact that the Podesta emails (not to mention the ObamaCare lawsuit against the Little Sisters of the Poor) are striking evidence of a bias against Catholics who actually practice their faith.

It’s a bias, such that Cardinal Dolan even asked the Clinton Campaign for an apology this week.

She will try to nullify the first, second and tenth amendments.

****************************

How many and which of the ten commandments will she try to nullify?

I was in a study group tonight at Church (Catholic). I go to more than one in a month. Once again the moaning and groaning about the election and how both are bad and I lost it - told the table that they had no choice... they had to vote and they could not vote for Hillary or for the minor candidates and I was tired of the moral equivalence. One old lady said she wanted to write in “none of the above” and I told her that this was not a moral choice. I got one glare but some support. Someone said that the Pope had said it was a mortal sin to vote for Hillary. I sort of doubt that.

Yes, he is the only one brave enough to do it.
Even the FBI won’t, now it’s controlled by evil just like the DOJ and rest of the gov’t.

He is the only one of the 17 candidates we had, that is capable of winning this dirty fight and then taking on the corrupt cronyism of our gov’t.

I think this evening, I saw the bravest speech that Mr. Trump ever gave. What a heart this man has! Amazing.

I see Maria on Fox Business a lot. I like her.
She is going to be one of the topics tomorrow on TV.
I suppose she already knew that when she picked out that dress!

It all seemed pretty mild to me. Only a bunch of hypocritical, NT liberals pretending to be Catholics would applaud Hillary. If they were honest about their convictions, they’d line up to spit on her!

Trump did the right thing dumping on her. she’s a monster.

**************

Considering the charitable purpose of the event, I thought Trump’s comments went a little too far. But then again...you are right, she’s a monster who will go to war against conservatives if elected. She is filled with hate and resentment for those who oppose her. So she got some just deserts tonight.

[I’m one too, it it sickens me to see how comfortable some in the church are dining with unrepentant forces of evil]

If you can laugh at evil, you’ve lost the battle.

I’m so glad DONALD TRUMP stood for truth and life tonight. Those in attendance were uncomfortable because they were convicted.

I watch nearly every Trump rally and (as you know )he never fails to point out the dishonest, lying media. I loved that even at this event, he pointed them out as what they are, just part of the DNC.

Like you said, they’re all astounded that Trump doesn’t fold like a cheap suit, like 99.9% of the loser presidential candidates we are told to “hold our noses and vote for” every 4 years.

GO TRUMP!

Are necks are collectively in the noose these days....so all bets are off. If she gets in we are finished. I understand he sort of broke decorum at the end, but he was true to himself & that’s what is needed.

I am going to watch this again when my husband can see it. He will be astounded at what Trump said.
It was so great. Just what I needed after suffering through yet another 2 against 1 “debate” last night. Hillary is long overdue for someone to be able to TELL her stuff without her interrupting.

How great was it that the camera panned over to her,and we got to see her “I just got force fed a crap sandwich” face!

Just priceless! Loved every second of her discomfort.

“Love how this thread has brought out the snowflakes of FR”

One of the Tony Snowflakes reporting in; a name I treasure. Having only watched the Alfred E. Smith dinner a few times years ago, I am not familiar with how far these roasts go as a rule, or how uncomfortable they get for the “roastee”! I was cringing at some of Trump’s remarks which seemed to me a bit inappropriate with a Cardinal sitting there and decided to watch it again tomorrow with my husband—it was uncomfortable watching it by myself.

Not that these remarks aren’t true, and they certainly describe Hillary. They didn’t change my mind about Trump—just wondering what sort of reception they will get. I wonder what his family will have to say about his performance in this venue.

Politics is a blood sport but the dems only think they can play rough.

********

Bingo. Trump is hitting them harder than they hit him. The Dems are not used to being battered like this. It disorients them and throws them off their game.

Trump won’t retreat like the snivelling Republicans.
