I have Meniere’s Syndrome with constant ringing in my ears, and I started using Acetyl-L-carnitine; Source Naturals brand, a few months ago, and have definite improvement in memory, energy, and attitude. My husband called it a “miracle.” Not sure about that, but when I stopped taking it for a couple of days (just because I was feeling so good), I was sorry, and returned quickly to taking it every day. Acetyl-L-carnitine is one I’ve not tried, I have non diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy. And other nerve damage from spinal damage that can’t be fixed. How long did it take before you noticed the difference?
