So what changed?

Not Trump. He still gives rambling speeches with little focus and spends far too much time defending himself against insignificant slights when he should be focusing on policy (though his ethics reform proposal is excellent and will irritate all the people in Washington who need to be irritated)...

To me this smacks of an attempt to rehabilitate some relevance before the full measure of a dishonest "principled conservatism" stand is totally erased by a Trump landslide. To me, this smacks of trying to retain future relevancy and reputation that makes a nicely feathered bed.

The fact is that his one "I just gotta do it because blah, blah, blah" vote is pitifully insignificant in the coming tsunami of REJECTION of elitist establishment ideals and actions.

He also ran in 1996.

The beautiful money quote:

“No, what’s changed is me. Not through introspection and reflection, but through watching the sickening display of activism perpetrated by a covert army with press credentials.”

Folks, a NeverTrumper has a responsible change of heart!

A writer comes to the conclusion most thinking individuals could see the moment Trump won the nomination.

It does not say much for his political sense or judgement, but I am glad to have him on board.

I believe Derek Hunter is like thousands of undecided or protest voters, who in the coming weeks will realize what is at stake.

His writing should be shared with anyone who has lamented Trump at the top of the ticket.

Are there any articles or commentaries that don't start with “both candidates are deeply flawed”? I'm not buying it. Trump’s “flaws” are mostly created in the imagination of the MSM.

He helped the rapist get elected twice.

Trump, the guy the self-righteous love to hate. At least Hunter is smart enough in the final hour to not throw his vote away. Hallelujah!

I also voted for Ross Perot, in one of the primaries but after he dropped out and than later ran again I voted for the Republican nominee.

For your information it was the rats forced President Bush to renege on his promise not to raise taxes as they had the majority at the time. So don't tell me that he was lying.

While these articles from NeverTrump people seem self-righteous, I’ll take the support to stop Hillary any way I can.

I expect more of these in the next two weeks and however strained the argument, if it causes Republican fence sitters to vote for Trump, even if they have to convince themselves they are voting against Hillary, that’s better in the long run.

Last time a Clinton was on the ballot, I voted for Ross Perot. My vote didn’t deny Bob Dole the White House...

I think he means GHWB.
