Meanwhile, I opened the attachment you posted with oversampling...reading just a few states it appears this is how they do business... oversample for desired outcomes.

It’s frustrating how many posters purposely or accidentally post claims with multiple exclamation points without supporting the claims with a citation or a link.
If they’ve been on this forum for any length of time at all, it should be obvious to them that that is the very first question they’re going to be asked by logical readers. Yet it happens repeatedly; consistently.
Makes you think sometimes that something else is going on. Well, makes me know something else is going on.
