He’s not a Trump fan, he’s not voting for Trump. He’s mocking Trump supporters, no doubt about it whatsoever. I got all excited when I watched the clip, but then when I saw your post and watched a few minutes past it on the video link that you provided I realized what the fat evil SOB was up to. No good as usual.
And he's not up to no good, he told it like it is, as to why Americans are voting big for Trump. What you're referring to at the end, he only speculated he did not think Trump could do or change anything once elected. (Which is 100% bull sh*t because if that were the case, the media, D.C. and Wall St. would not be fighting him 24/7 365 days per year.)
