A&M student arrested after crashing into police vehicle while sending topless Snapchat

The officer, who was on scene investigating a disturbance call, said that he observed Rader with her bra unfastened and topless. Rader then told the officer that she was attempting to Snapchat her boyfriend a picture. Rader told the officer that she was driving back to her dorm after drinking wine at a friends house.
The officer also reported that Rader had an opened bottle of wine in the console of the car.
