If the FBI is gone, the country is gone. A large percent of the FBI is ex LEO / Military. Probably the only Fed. Dept that might give a poop about the law of the land. It may have just been bubbling under and a major revolt was about to go down. Comey may have just gotten out front of it and sacrificed Cancklebeast to save his ass.
